Patrick's journey into real estate began long before his formal licensing and professional registration. In his early twenties, he developed a natural passion for property renovation, redevelopment, and investment as both a creative outlet and a practical means of helping friends and family build stability and wealth. What began as a personal interest soon evolved into a sophisticated understanding of equity growth, portfolio strategy, and long-term capital planning. Currently, Patrick makes Toronto home and is both registered and recognized by all three National Associations of North America (Canada, the United States and México).
Before transitioning fully into real estate, Patrick dedicated years of professional service within government agencies and social service organizations.
